SHIPPING POLICY

Standard orders are typically dispatched within 3 working days.

We do our very best to keep up with our stock levels, but in the event of any delays due to demand being greater than supply, we will inform you via email as soon as possible.  Once dispatched you will receive your shipping confirmation and tracking details via email

LOCAL ORDERS take 1-4 working days to arrive

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS can take anywhere between 5-21 days to arrive (depending on destination) via our International Courier Service and delivered directly to your local post office.

CUSTOMS/IMPORT DUTIES & TAXES

The Purchaser is responsible for any and all custom fees or duties incurred by their country on receiving international shipments. Tropikalia is legally bound to declare the full currency value paid on invoice for customs should they require it.
